When a tie bar breaks on an injection moulding or high pressure die casting machine, the machine maker doesn’t always have a spare on the shelf. We repair the bar you have, which usually costs less and takes less time than buying new.

Length: Up to 6000 mm
Turnaround: Typically 10–14 working days

Repair

What we offer

Full weld repair, with the broken end re-machined to match the original design
Smaller bars repaired in as little as 7 working days
Chrome repairs on bars that aren’t badly scored, plus full de-chroming and re-chroming
Tie bar nuts repaired or manufactured new
New chromed tie bars from 40 mm to 250 mm diameter and above
