Technical Welding Services (Rochdale) Ltd has manufactured and repaired parts for the plastics, rubber and feed industries for more than 40 years.
Who we are
We’re a specialist engineering company, founded in 1983. In 1995 we moved into purpose-built premises in central Rochdale, just off the M62, so we can reach customers across the UK and beyond. Since then we’ve kept adding services, including new screw manufacture, tie bar repair and grooved feed liners.
Today we manufacture and refurbish screws, barrels and feed liners for extrusion, injection moulding, blown moulding, compounding, recycling and the cable industry. We also manufacture ancillary parts: screw tip assemblies, nozzles, barrel end caps, breaker and die plates, mixing noses and barrel clamps.
Our aim
We work with customers large and small, and many have come back to us year after year. Over time we get to know each customer’s process, keep a digital library of their parts and learn how long their screws and barrels last. That helps you plan ahead and avoid costly breakdowns.
