Services
We measure screw and barrel wear on your site and give you a written report.
We take full manufacturing dimensions of your screw and produce a drawing, with a digital copy held securely on our database. We can also keep a live, secure spreadsheet of the key details for each machine and line.
A barrel out of line with its gearbox can wear or seize a screw. We laser-align barrels and gearboxes on site.
Why it matters
Regular wear checks show you how fast your screws and barrels are wearing. You can then plan a refurb or replacement around production, rather than waiting for a breakdown.
