:: Grooved Feed Liners ::

TWS can manufacture new nitrided grooved or plain feed liners, the grooves can either be straight or spiral, plain feed liners can be bimetallic offering a greater life span.

We can manufacture them to be a direct replacement for the original part from the machine manufacturer, grooved feed liners are generally a nitrided part.

Also we can redesign the feed housing so the liner can be simply removed and replaced at your factory, by manufacturing a housing with a sealed water chamber rather than a housing where the liner creates the water seal.

Another common problem with certain housings is that the water channels get blocked over time, in certain circumstances we can remove the old water jacket and clear out the channels and then replace.
